Este tipo de disco de ruptura é utilizado para proteger subconjuntos pequenos, por ex., autoclaves, pequenos recipientes de pressão ou turbinas de vento. Disponível no diâmetro nominal DN 6.35 a DN 25 (¼ pol. a 1 pol.).
